Balustrades can make a tremendous impact on one of the most important aspects of your home-- curb appeal. They can turn an ordinary house into a spectacular home. In a recent survey potential homebuyers were asked “what is the most important aspect when choosing to buy a new house”? The one answer that was at the top of the list was curb appeal.

Being home builders ourselves for 18 years, we have learned that when selling a home over one million dollars, the first impression is what makes or breaks the sale. And if you're home is not over a million dollars, our balustrades will make it look like it is.

• Our balustrade systems consist of nine different balusters along with four different handrail sizes, to fit almost any size and shape that someone would desire.
• We offer five different newel post designs to receive our balustrade.
• Our balustrade systems will weigh about 1/3 the weight of real stone balustrade, this makes our balustrades simple and easy to install when compared to limestone or concrete balustrade.
• Our balustrade systems are very rigid and sturdy, when feeling or touching our balustrades it feels just like real stone and has the strength to back up this claim
