Q. What is the product made from?
A. Product is made out of resin (which is plastic) and crushed stone.

Q. Will synthetic stone decay or be infested by insects?
A. There is nothing in our product that will ever decay as it is made of stone and plastic. There is nothing in our product that insects will ever infest.

Q. Will your product expand and contract with the weather changes?
A. Yes, our product will expand and contract, but it is very minimal. We use caulking to fill all joints on rail intersections, top of balusters, and window surround joints.

Q. What if the color fades or becomes weathered over a 10 year period, what can be done?
A. You can re-sandblast it and return it to almost its original look. Local compainies that strip paint off of old buildings can do this it is very simple process. We have had a sample that we have taken all over this country in the back of an unprotected truck bed, instead of spending time cleaning it after each trip we simply re-sandblast it and it looks like it did the day we made it.

Q. Do you have a warranty on your balustrades, balusters, columns and surrounds?
A. Yes we have a 1 year warranty, we will replace any product that fails to meet our quality standards, owner to pay for installation.

Q. What if something gets chipped or damaged after the install crew has left, can it be fixed.
A. Yes, we can use the same material to repair whatever has been damaged and the bond will be permanent. Please note that there will be a slight difference in color.

Q. What if the product accidentally gets stained after installers have left?
A. You can hire local crews that strip paint of of old buildings with a potable sandblaster, they can remove any stain using this process.

Q. Can you clean this product?
A. We recommend adding soft scrub with bleach in a pale of water, using a stiff brush or a scouring pad scrub and spray off with a garden hose. Never use a power washer, it can streak the product.

Q. Will mold grow on this product?
A. It is 100% mold resistant.
